What we build

Software shaped around how your team already works. These are the tools that come up most.

  • CRMs and customer tracking

Leads, jobs, follow-ups and history in one place, instead of five spreadsheets and somebody's memory.

  • Estimates and quotes

A guided builder that turns a walkthrough into a consistent estimate, priced the way you price.

  • Field and mobile apps

What your crew needs on a phone: today's jobs, the details, photos and notes, even with a weak signal.

  • Dashboards and wall displays

The schedule, the numbers or the day's announcements on a screen everyone can see.

  • Automations

The copying, sending and reminding that happens every day, done without anyone touching it.

  • Web apps and portals

A tool your customers or members log into, connected to the rest of how you run things.

Recent work

A few things we've built. Client names are left off.

  1. A CRM for a contracting company

The office ran on an Airtable base. We built a web CRM for jobs, scheduling, notes and team chat, plus an Android app for the crew that keeps working offline and syncs when it reconnects. The Airtable setup could be retired.

  2. An estimating toolkit

Takeoffs, scopes of work and work orders in one internal web app, with a two-step estimate wizard built for phones so an estimate can start on site.

  3. A riser diagram tool for plumbers

A subscription web app that lets New Jersey plumbing contractors draw the drainage and gas riser diagrams their permit applications ask for.

    Web app

  4. A portal for a community organization

One admin dashboard and one contact list behind the public website, email and text announcements, weekly posters and the screens on the wall.

  5. A daily clip, sent automatically

A short talk is recorded every morning on a building's security cameras. The system finds it, cuts the clip and emails it out, with nobody touching it.

How it works

No forty-page spec. You show us the work, we show you software.

  1. 1Show us the process

Walk us through how the work gets done today: the spreadsheets, the paper, the workarounds. No prep needed.

  2. 2Try a prototype

We build a first version you can click through, so you react to something real instead of a document.

  3. 3Launch it

We set it up, bring your existing data over and get your team using it.

  4. 4Keep improving

When the business changes, the tool changes with it. Small requests stay small.

Why Triple E

The name is the standard every tool has to meet. In no particular order.

  • Efficient

Less time on busywork: fewer clicks, no re-typing, nothing copied between spreadsheets.

  • Effective

It does the job your team actually needs done, the way they already do it.

  • Economical

Built for the size of your business, without paying for features you will never open.

Questions

Do we need to know exactly what we want?

No. Most projects start with "this part of our week is a mess." Working out what the tool should be is our job.

Can it work with the tools we already use?

Often, yes. If a tool you rely on can connect to other software, we'll connect it. If it can't, we'll tell you plainly.

Is it worth it for something small?

Some of the most useful tools are small: one form, one report, one automation that saves the same twenty minutes every day.

Who will we be working with?

The people who build the software. You talk to us directly, start to finish.
