Before and after
Before: This week's poster, made by hand
Every week someone works out the times, designs the poster, prints it for the wall and sends it out separately to each list.
We built one dashboard that feeds everything.
It works out the week's times from the organization's own rules and feeds the posters, the screens, the website and the announcements.
After: Change it once, it changes everywhere
The wall, the website and the inbox all show the same, current schedule, and nobody retypes it.
What we built
One contact list
Everyone in one list with their groups and how they want to hear from you; every announcement filters off it.
Email and text announcements
Written once, sent by email, text or both.
Weekly schedule posters
The week's times are worked out from the organization's own rules, and posters support right-to-left text.
Wall-board screens
Boards are laid out in zones you drag and resize, and keep themselves up to date.
A public website
Schedules, posters, classes, a live stream and an archive, fed from the same dashboard.
Worth knowing
Built to be shared
Nothing about the first organization is written into the code. Name, logo, rules and domain are settings, so another organization can run its own copy.
