Software for the way your business actually runs.

Triple E Solutions builds custom tools for small and mid-size businesses: the ones whose real systems are spreadsheets, paper, group texts and software that almost fits.

Where we come from

We started in operations, not in software: estimating, scheduling, permits and the back office of a working business.

The tools came from needing them. A CRM because the spreadsheet stopped working. An estimating tool because every quote started from the last one. An app because the crew's schedule lived in a group text. That's still how we work: the job first, the technology second.

What we believe

  • Start from the real process

Not from a feature list. The best tool is the way you already work, without the copying and chasing in between.

  • Plain language

A busy owner shouldn't need a glossary to talk about their own business, or to use the software.

  • Show it, don't describe it

A working prototype settles more in ten minutes than a document does in a month.

  • Starting should be easy

One sentence about what's slowing you down is enough to begin. No forty-page spec.

The name

Efficient, effective, economical. The standard every tool has to meet, in no particular order.

  • Efficient

Less time on busywork: fewer clicks, no re-typing, nothing copied between spreadsheets.

  • Effective

It does the job your team actually needs done, the way they already do it.

  • Economical

Built for the size of your business, without paying for features you will never open.

The mark

Our logo is 3E on a digital display. The 3 is the E reflected, segment for segment, so it reads the same mirrored or upside down.

There's one more layer for the technically minded. Written in hexadecimal, 3E is 0x3E, and in a computer's character table 0x3E is the > sign: greater than. It's the small print at the bottom of every page.

Who we work with

Contractors and trades, offices and community organizations.

Usually a business small enough that the owner still knows how every part of the work gets done, and busy enough that the workarounds have started to cost something.
